During the baseball season, Bethlehem works at Cardinal games in the concession stand to fund basic ministry at our church. To work, you must be 21 years old or older. You also must take a training class at Busch Stadium. If you're a new worker, you have a one time 3 hour training. If you're a veteran worker, each year you must take a one hour refresher training. We need a minimum of 10 adults for every game. The commitment of time per game is about 6 hours. We have found that Bethlehem's percentage from sales averages $60 per person per game. That's like making a $60 ministry donation to Bethlehem every time you work a game, even though it hasn't come out of your bank account. Stafford (Red) Dilworth is our Busch Stadium coordinator. Each Sunday you may have noted that our bulletin is sponsored by a person or group of people. These individuals have sponsored that Sunday's bulletin in memory of a loved one, to celebrate a birthday or anniversary, as a special thanksgiving for blessing received. Its a great way to celebrate an important date in your life. You can sponsor a Sunday bulletin for just $10 per Sunday. Sponsor an entire month or as many Sundays as you like. Not only will your sponsorship be listed in the bulletin, but also you will help our congregation with the cost of bulletins. Use this form to write down your sponsorship. Then, mail it to the church office or give it to Pastor. You can pay for your sponsorship at any time by simply putting a check or cash in an envelope with your name and offering box number, and mark it BULLETINS! Help us fill up every Sunday of the entire year of 2008 with bulletin sponsorships.
