Welcome to Bethlehem Lutheran Childcare! Our mission is to provide a safe, Christ-centered space where children can grow, learn, and thrive. We believe every child is a gift from God, and our dedicated team is here to nurture their faith and development.

Our Mission
At Bethlehem Lutheran Childcare, we strive to provide a Christ-centered environment where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow spiritually, academically, and socially.
Pam’s focus on early childhood education brings care, clarity, and leadership to Bethlehem’s growing programs. She helps strengthen team cohesion, ensure regulatory compliance, and raise curriculum standards to support the church’s goal of increasing parent satisfaction to 80% and beyond. In addition, Pam serves as coordinator of social ministry and volunteer engagement, using her heart for service and organizational gifts to help mobilize the congregation in meeting the needs of the neighborhood with compassion and excellence.​
