Allana Foster

Allana Foster serves as the Director of Childcare at Bethlehem Lutheran Childcare, bringing dedication and leadership to our growing program. Since stepping into this role six months ago, she has been instrumental in overseeing daily operations, guiding our staff, and ensuring a nurturing, faith-centered environment for every child in our care. Beyond administration, Allana is hands-on in the classrooms, supporting teachers and engaging with children to foster a safe, loving, and Christ-filled atmosphere. Her passion for early childhood education and servant leadership makes her a valued part of our team as we continue to grow and serve families in our community.
