Meet The Director

Allana Foster

Allana Foster serves as the Center Director of Bethlehem Lutheran School at Hyde Park, bringing dedication and leadership to our growing program. Since stepping into this role one year ago, she has been instrumental in overseeing daily operations, guiding our staff, and ensuring a nurturing, faith-centered environment for every child in our care. Beyond administration, Allana is hands-on in the classrooms, supporting teachers and engaging with children to foster a safe, loving, and Christ-filled atmosphere. Her passion for early childhood education and servant leadership makes her a valued part of our team as we continue to grow and serve families in our community.

At This Campus

Located in the heart of North City, our Hyde Park campus provides high quality early childhood care for children ages two to five. With nurturing teachers, small group learning, and a safe, welcoming environment, children receive the support they need to grow socially, emotionally, and academically. Families appreciate the strong routines, hands on activities, and faith shaped guidance that prepare young learners for kindergarten. Hyde Park offers a close knit community where every child is known, encouraged, and cared for.

Our after-school program serves Kindergarten to 5th grade students with reliable care every Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm to 6 pm. We provide free transportation to and from the program, giving families a simple and stress-free routine. Each afternoon includes a hot meal, homework support, structured activities, creative play, and outdoor time. With caring staff and a safe, consistent environment, families can count on dependable care every day.

Bethlehem’s Micro School offers a unique K to 5 learning experience built around small class sizes, personalized instruction, and a close knit community. Inspired by the classic one room schoolhouse, students of different grade levels learn side by side, receiving focused attention from teachers who know their strengths, challenges, and learning styles. Each child receives an individualized learning plan that guides their progress in reading, math, and core subjects, ensuring they grow at the pace that fits them best. Hands on projects, community based learning, and faith shaped instruction give students a strong academic foundation while building confidence and character. Our Micro School provides a calm, supportive environment where every student is noticed, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
