Meet Our Senior Director of Education Services
At Bethlehem Lutheran School, we are blessed to be led by Deaconess Dr. Janine “Dr. Jay” Bolling, our Senior Director of Educational Services. With a background in K–12 education, leadership development, and community ministry, Dr. Jay brings both care and clarity to our programs. She partners with families and staff to nurture each child’s academic success and spiritual growth, ensuring our classrooms are places where knowledge, faith, and purpose come together. Her leadership strengthens our school team, raising curriculum standards, fostering joy in learning, and guiding us in our mission to provide a Christ-centered, supportive environment for every child in our care. Our Educational Services
For children aged six weeks to five years old, Bethlehem Lutheran School offers a warm, development focused program across multiple locations in North St. Louis City and County. With small group learning, caring staff, and daily routines, your child is supported and encouraged to grow with confidence.
For our school theme for 2025-2026, we have chosen the theme of Rooted and Growing. Each month, we are talking about a different Fruit of the Spirit and what it means to be rooted in the love of Jesus and growing into who He has created us to be!
